PDC Media uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools in parts of our workflow. We believe in being transparent about how and where AI shows up in our services and content.

Where We Use AI

  • Copy and content drafting: AI assists with first drafts of ad copy, landing page copy, and blog posts. All output is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before publishing or running in campaigns.
  • Research and analysis: AI helps us synthesize market research, audience data, and ad performance reports faster.
  • Automation: AI powers parts of our follow-up systems (chatbots, lead qualification, response drafting). Clients are informed when AI is involved in their customer-facing automations.

Where We Don't Use AI

  • Strategic decisions on your account are made by humans.
  • Client communication and consultations are handled by real people.
  • Performance reporting and recommendations are reviewed by a human strategist.

Accuracy

AI-generated content can contain errors or outdated information. While we review AI output carefully, we make no guarantee that every AI-assisted asset is free of mistakes. If you spot an issue, let us know at help@pdcmediaa.com.

Your Data

We do not feed confidential client data into public AI models in a way that would allow it to be used as training data. When AI tools are used on client-specific data, we use enterprise-grade providers with appropriate data protection terms.
