Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information PDC Media ("we," "us") collects through pdcmediaa.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit a form, run the leak audit, or book a call, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, business name, and details about your marketing.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we may collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source) through analytics tools.
2. Analytics and advertising pixels
The Site may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve advertising. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and may process your IP address and browsing behavior on the Site. You can limit tracking through your browser settings, ad preferences on those platforms, or tools like the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To provide, analyze, and improve the Site and our services.
- To send follow-up communications you have requested or that relate to your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
4. Health information
PDC Media is a marketing agency. The Site is not intended to collect patient or medical information, and you should not submit any through our forms. Our work for medical spa clients is governed by separate written agreements that address any handling of client data.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling and CRM platform used when you book a call, our website host, and analytics providers), or when required by law. Service providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent. Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages from us will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above, other than the messaging provider that delivers our texts on our behalf.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these, email help@pdcmediaa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. SMS text messaging
If you opt in to text messages from PDC Media (see pdcmediaa.com/optin), we collect your mobile number, the date and wording of your consent, and the messages exchanged, and we use them only to run that program: account and billing notices, appointment and meeting reminders, campaign and reporting updates, replies to your questions, and, if you chose the Marketing option, occasional messages about new offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. As stated in Section 5, your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update this Policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
