PDC Media is a marketing agency providing paid advertising management, landing page design, lead generation, and follow-up systems for med spas in South Florida. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Payments and Ad Spend
Service fees are invoiced according to your selected plan or signed agreement. Ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) is billed directly by the platforms to your accounts and is not included in our fees. All service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all photo, video, and written assets used in advertising campaigns, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to use those assets. PDC Media does not produce ad creative.
5. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Results depend on many factors including offer, market, ad spend, follow-up speed, and conversion ability. Case studies and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and proprietary systems remain the property of PDC Media. Deliverables created for your business (landing pages, ad copy, funnels) are licensed to you for ongoing use upon full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDC Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms of the signed agreement. We reserve the right to suspend website access for any user who violates these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
