User Content Policy
This policy covers content that you submit to PDC Media — through forms on this Site, by email, or as part of working with us — including testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, logos, and marketing materials ("User Content").
1. Your responsibilities
- Only submit content you own or have permission to share.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that violates anyone's privacy.
- If you are a healthcare business, do not submit patient photos, testimonials, or any patient-identifying information unless you have obtained the consents and authorizations your industry requires. You are responsible for those consents.
2. License you grant us
By submitting User Content, you grant PDC Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content for the purpose it was submitted — for example, using a testimonial you provide in marketing materials, or using brand assets to build your campaigns. You keep ownership of your content, and you may withdraw this permission going forward by emailing us.
3. Testimonials and reviews
Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the people who provided them. They are not a guarantee that any other business will achieve the same results. We do not pay for testimonials, and we edit them only for length and clarity without changing their meaning.
4. Removal
We may remove or decline to use any User Content at our discretion, including content we believe violates this policy. If you want content you submitted taken down, email us and we will remove it from properties we control within a reasonable time.
